A master class of Japanese traditional craftsmanship from Kyoto; gold leaf, Japanese lacquer urushi and shells, blended by Hokkaido's master craftsmen to create a ski experience which feels like 'skiing on the silk'. Inspired by beautiful Japanese aristocratic ladies from Heian period (794-1185), known in the tale of Genji and Ukiyo-e beautiful lady of Edo period (1603-1868) and baby dolls associated with the Imperial court.

• Handmade series is made by artisans with Japanese traditional techniques (gold leaf)・maki-e (gold powder)・urushi (Japanese lacquer)・raden (shell).
• The reinedeer logo is hand-written in gold leaf.
